In the top right you'll find your user bar. That's where you can manage your documents (via MyDocuments) and change your account settings (via MySettings).
To earn money you need to drive traffic to your documents. TxtBear has lots of options for you and your readers to share your documents. Simply open a document and click the "Share" button at the top left.
